Passwords
We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Products
Products are displayed as accurately as possible, although products may appear slightly differently on customer’s computers/mobile devices
Availability
Every effort is made to ensure that our website shows the true availability of stock. However, should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Payments
We accept online payments through our shop checkout using Paypal, which accepts most credit & debit cards. Payment in full must be receiver prior to dispatch of order.
Orders will be acknowledged by email once complete.
Postage
We currently offer 48 hour signed for delivery throughout the UK priced at £10 per order.
Local delivery is by arrangement only, please enquire on 01677 470481.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise from not receiving the order on a specified day.
Should an administrative error occur and an item ordered be out of stock, we will notify you by email to advise on a course of action. We should hopefully be able to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Please note that over the Christmas/New Year Period, delivery times will be slower.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused & in resalable condition. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer.
If a damaged or incorrect product is received, Jobling’s will offer either exchange or full refund, including both inward and outward delivery costs (if applicable).
For all returns, it is recommended that the customer obtains a certificate of posting, as Jobling’s cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
